2.6 Transcription Options (Colorado)
If you're interested in a transcript of your student's curriculum, our team can provide one.
This transcript will appear in a pass/fail format; you won't see any letter grades.
How does the "Pass/Fail" system work?
Whether or not your student is considered "passing" is based on whether they're up to date with their weekly learning log submissions.
Make sure your student doesn't have any overdue logs before requesting a transcript!
How To Request Your Student's Transcript
To request your student's transcript, please schedule a time to meet with our Academic Counselor.
She'll review the process with you to make sure you know what to expect.
After your discussion, our team will transcribe your student's academic record and share it with your family.
What If I Want More Than A Pass/Fail Transcript?
We totally get it - plenty of parents feel the same way!
If you're looking for something that shows the percentage of the school year that your student's completed, head over to the Learning Logs tab of the OpenEd platform.
You'll see a counter that shows how many logs your student's completed vs. how many they have left.
Feel free to take a screenshot for your records!

You're also welcome to create your own homeschool transcript. Here are a few templates you could work from (Note: These aren't official OpenEd transcripts, they're materials from other homeschooling resources!):
- Homeschool Boss - Homeschool Transcript Template
- The Homeschool Mom - Homeschool Transcript Template
- Southern Utah University's Homeschool Transcript for High Schoolers
Keep in mind:
Whoever you send your transcript to, it's up to that institution's discretion to accept it.
