Purchase Window: April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026

What To Know About Purchasing Classes

For instruction and classes (i.e. trips to museums, swim lessons, sports competitions) that take place before April 2026, all receipts must be dated between April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026.

If you are unable to pre-pay for instruction that takes place in April or May 2026, you may make those purchases through April 30, 2026.

This means that, up until the end of April, you could purchase a class that occurs in April or May. Just make sure you submit your receipt by April 30th!

Please note: April 30, 2026 is also the final deadline to submit reimbursement requests. Reimbursement requests will be locked for submission after April 30, 2026.

What To Know About Purchasing Materials, Supplies, and Annual Memberships

For all materials, supplies, and annual memberships or subscriptions (i.e. Crunch Labs, IXL, Kiwi Crates, Netflix, Audible, etc.) that allow students access to a service throughout the year, all receipts must be dated between April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026.

Reimbursement Window: September 25, 2025 – April 30, 2026 (January 5 – April 30 for the mid-year program)

Direct Order Window: August 8, 2025 - March 31, 2026 (January 5 – March 31 for the mid-year program)

Full-year Instruction Window: August 1, 2025 - May 30, 2026

Mid-year Instruction Window: January 1, 2026 - May 30, 2026

Please note: Mid-year students will receive half the total wallet amount that full-year students receive.

Instruction (tutoring, lessons, classes, and field trips) must occur between August 1st and May 30th of the current school year to be eligible for reimbursement.
