Purchase Window: April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026

Purchasing a class after March 31, 2026?

Instruction can take place at any time of the year, but to be reimbursable for the 25-26 school year, it needs to be paid for between April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026.

If you pay for classes after March 31, your purchase will be reimbursable for the 26-27 school year instead.

Reimbursement Window: September 25, 2025 – April 30, 2026 (January 5 – April 30 for the mid-year program)

Direct Order Window: August 13, 2025 - March 31, 2026 (January 5 – March 31 for the mid-year program)

Mid-year Instruction Window: January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026

Please note: Full-year students receive $1,950 in wallet funds. Mid-year students receive $500.
