6.4 ND A+ Summative Assessments (North Dakota) (Clone)

The North Dakota Academic Progression of Learning and Understanding of Students (also known as ND A+) summative assessments measure student performance against the state's content and achievement standards in select academic subjects and grades.

Q: Which students take the ND A+ summative assessments? 

A: North Dakota students in grades 3-8 take the ND A+ summative assessments for Reading and Math.

Students in grades 4 and also take the ND A+ summative assessment for Science

Q: When will these assessments be administered?

A: These summative assessments are administered once a year in the Spring

Q: Are these assessments virtual or in-person?

A: These assessments are administered in-person. 

Q: How do I schedule these assessments? 

A: Scheduling will be available directly through the Assessments tab of our platform!

Q: What is the participation expectation for these assessments?

A: OpenEd students are expected to participate in these assessments, but you have the option to decline to participate.
