Q: Which students take the WY-TOPP?

A: All Wyoming students in grades 3-8 take the WY-TOPP for ELA.

Students in grades 5 and also take the WY-TOPP for Writing.

Students in grades and also take the WY-TOPP for Science. 

Q: When will this assessment be administered? 

A: The WY-TOPP is administered once a year in the Spring

Q: Is this assessment virtual or in-person? 

A: The WY-TOPP is administered in-person.

A: Scheduling will be available directly through the Assessments tab of our platform!

Q: What is the participation expectation for this assessment? 

A: OpenEd students are expected to participate in the WY-TOPP.
