Q: When will this survey be administered?
A: This screener is administered once a year in the Spring.
Q: Is this survey virtual or in-person?
A: This survey is virtual.
Q: How do I schedule this survey?
A: Once the scheduling window opens, you will be able to set a time through the Assessments tab of the OpenEd platform.
Here's a short video overview of how to navigate that page.
Q: What should my student expect during the survey? How long will it take?
A: The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete.
At your student's scheduled time, please join the Zoom link available through the OpenEd platform or your email reminder. Your student will join a group of students in the Zoom room, monitored by a proctor.
Your proctor will provide a link to the survey, along with instructions on how to complete it.
If your student has any questions, they can ask their proctor for guidance.
Q: Can I opt my student out of this survey?
A: You may opt out of this survey directly in the platform at any time. Choosing to opt out does not affect your program compliance.
