2.8 Student Educational Equity Development (SEED) Survey (Oregon 25-26)

The Oregon Department of Education requires all public school students in grades 3-8 to complete a SEED Survey near the end of each school year.

Please Note:

• Participation in the survey is easy; students can answer the questions remotely, and it does not require a secure browser.

• Participants must complete the survey during a virtual meeting to confirm student participation.

• The first question asks the students if they would like to take the survey. They can answer yes or no.

  • Answering “no” completes the survey.

• Parents can preview all of the questions on the survey here.

  • Step 1: Click on the SEED Survey Items

  • Step 2: Click on your child(ren)'s grade level(s).

Each Spring, we will send information about the SEED Survey, including virtual session sign-ups.
